Can I trade?
Yes. Trading is welcome throughout the show in designated trading areas. We encourage respectful, fair swaps and ask that all trades stay within RCCE guidelines so everyone has a great experience.
Can kids attend?
Absolutely. RCCE is family-friendly and open to collectors of all ages. Children under 12 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian to keep the day smooth and safe.
Can I cosplay?
Yes! Cosplay is celebrated at RCCE. Please keep costumes family-friendly and ensure props are safe, lightweight, and non-functional to help us maintain a secure venue.
Can I bring outside food?
Outside food and drinks are typically not permitted, but we will have food and beverage options on site. If you have a medical or dietary need, please reach out in advance so we can assist.
Can I sell cards?
Selling is reserved for approved vendors. If you want to sell cards, comics, or collectibles, grab a vendor space so you can set up professionally and reach thousands of collectors.
Can I become a vendor?
We’d love to have you. Vendor spaces are limited, so apply early to reserve your 10x10 spot and access electricity and on-site support. Visit the Vendor Application page to get started.
