Admission is completely free for everyone. Every guest receives full access to the vendor floor, guest areas, community activities, and all the excitement across the show. Just arrive and enjoy the RCCE experience with no cost to enter.
On-site parking is plentiful and well lit for early arrivals and late pickups. Accessible spaces are available near the main entrance, and ride-share drop-offs can use the marked front loop.
RCCE is hosted in the heart of North Alabama with quick access from major highways. Follow event signage from the main road and look for the RCCE lighting outside the venue.
The venue is climate-controlled with wide aisles, bright lighting, and clear wayfinding. Security staff and event volunteers are positioned throughout the floor to assist guests.
Doors typically open mid-morning with early access for vendors and VIP passes. Main programming runs through the afternoon with a clear closing time announced on signage and the RCCE social channels.
Food and drinks are available on-site with quick-serve options. Re-entry is permitted with a wristband so you can explore nearby dining during breaks.
Multiple hotels are located within a short drive of the venue, ranging from budget-friendly to premium stays. Expect updated recommendations and partner rates as the event date approaches.
RCCE is family friendly. Please keep aisles clear, respect exhibitor spaces, and follow staff directions. Weapons or prop items must comply with posted policies and be peace-bonded if required.

Can I bring my kids or family?

Is cosplay encouraged?
Yes! Cosplay is a big part of the community. Keep it family friendly and follow prop rules.
Can I sell or trade cards?
Vendors handle on-site selling. Trading among guests is allowed in designated areas.
